At Ecomobi, we value every customer, and your satisfaction is our top priority. We use
specialist ground couriers to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your heavy-duty mobility equipment.
1. Dispatch Origin
To ensure rapid processing for our British customers, all Ecomobi scooters and accessories are despatched directly from our dedicated UK warehouse facility located at:

2. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within Mainland UK.

Please note: We do NOT currently offer shipping to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands (including the Isle of Man and Channel Islands), or any locations outside of the United Kingdom.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time
All our items are currently in stock. Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed and despatched within 1 to 2 business days (24-48 hours). Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 Transit times are estimates and commence from the date of despatch, not the date the order is placed.

5. Delivery Tracking & Notifications
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package leaves our facility, a shipping notification containing your tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

6. Order Cancellations & Delivery Refusals
You may request to cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been despatched. Once the item has been despatched, the order cannot be intercepted. If a customer refuses the delivery of a despatched item (for reasons other than severe transit damage), they will be responsible for the round-trip return shipping costs.
