Our Origins & The Journey to the UK

The Ecomobi journey began in CO, United States, where our parent company first
established its roots in engineering heavy-duty, reliable mobility solutions. However, the
inspiration to expand our horizons grew from a profound observation across the Atlantic.
Whilst observing daily life across the UK, our founders noted that over 18% of the
population (approximately 11 million people) live with some form of mobility challenge.
For many, age, chronic conditions, or unexpected injuries had subtly diminished their
freedom to explore. This sparked a clear commitment: to bring our robust American
engineering to the UK market and ensure that technology serves a greater social
purpose—helping those who have been overlooked to reclaim independence in their daily
lives.

How We Operate

To provide British consumers with the best value and seamless service, we operate under
a modern, direct-to-consumer (DTC) model. We are a purely online retailer. By choosing not to maintain physical retail showrooms in the UK, we avoid unnecessary overheads and pass those substantial savings directly on to you.

To guarantee that our heavy-duty scooters reach you safely and swiftly, we have
established partnerships with dedicated warehousing and fulfilment centres located
right here in the UK. This means that while our brand heritage is American, your order is
dispatched locally, ensuring fast delivery and responsive post-sales support without
international delays.
