We currently accept the following secure payment options for all orders:

Digital Wallets: PayPal.
Financing Options: We also support "Buy Now, Pay Later" via Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay, allowing you to pay for your scooter in manageable installments.
2. Refund Processing Timelines
If a refund is approved (see our Return & Refund Policy), the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please note the following estimated processing times:
Credit/Debit Cards: Once processed by our team, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
PayPal: Refunds are usually reflected in your PayPal balance within 24 to 48 hours.
Financing ( Afterpay/Klarna/Affirm): Depending on the provider, it may take 1 to 5 business days for the adjustment to show on your financing account.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
3. Payment Security
Your financial security is our top priority. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways to ensure your sensitive data remains encrypted and safe.
4. Taxes
Applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated based on the shipping destination and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.
